Project Overview
A complete 3,500 sq ft rooftop transformation in Emirates Hills, turning an unused concrete surface into a lush, multi-zone outdoor living space for a family of five.
The homeowners had a large, unused rooftop that was exposed to harsh sunlight and offered no functional outdoor living space. They wanted a versatile area that could serve as a family gathering space, a children's play zone, and an entertainment area — all while being low-maintenance and visually stunning.
We designed a multi-zone rooftop layout: a green lawn area with premium artificial turf, a shaded pergola with integrated seating, an outdoor kitchen corner, ambient LED lighting throughout, and a dedicated children's play zone. Every element was chosen for durability in the UAE climate while maintaining a natural, inviting aesthetic.
